I wrote a blog on the opening night instructables restaurant here: http://www.fabhub.net/entry.php?14-Instructables-Restaurant-at-FAB6

Also, there is a blog post from Ton Zijlstra with some links to people's photos at the bottom - pretty cool: http://fablab.nl/articles/2010/08/24/thank-you-for-fab6

Also, be sure to register and stay in touch via the fabfolk forums: http://www.fabhub.net/forum.php

I was talking to someone at the conference in Amsterdam, and they mentioned someone who was really interested in nebulizers, which are basically the inhalers that asthmatics use.
He talked about a party thrown by a friend where they used a medical grade nebulizer to create a "gin and tonic room," sort of like an oxygen bar.

Hmmm, I will see what I can do to fix the links.

As far as fabfolk mail is concerned, I just talked to the admin, and all you need to do is send an e-mail to
samri [at] fabfolk [dot] com
and he will set you up with an account. I believe the fabfolk account will let you log in to Yammer as well.

Cool! Glad to find someone blogging the event, since I was not able to travel there this year. If you find any others doing this, please post links to their blogs. It would be great to get other views - especially from people that go to other venues.

The links in your post all seem to have a prefix with this post's url, so i get 404 not found on each and have to edit off the offending bits.

Yammer and FabFolk sounds interesting. How would we get a FabFolk email to partake? Looks like it is a gmail hosted thing.

CrashSpace (los angeles) uses an Eye-Fi card on a camera that lays about the space. It has been quite useful in getting pictures out.

Looking forward to your next post!
